As a landlord, I recently had an issue with a tenant threatening to remain in the property after I declined to renew the lease. I was afraid I would have to start eviction proceedings, but after a consultation, Sarah Taggart's team evaluated my lease and were able to serve a letter to the tenant that convinced them it would be best if they left on the last day of the lease instead of remaining longer. This saved me money and time. I appreciated their excellent work and would recommend them to any landlord.Posted on Chris CTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently participated in a 30 minute consultation with Holly Ray, one of the attorneys at the Sarah Taggart Law Firm. We found her to be very informed and easy to talk to about our situation. We could not have asked for a better experience starting "out the gate" to legally resolve our issues. As an HOA, we have very little time to handle matters of a legal nature, and Holly makes the process steps easier to understand.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
